Hannah began her journey at the University of Waterloo, earning a Bachelor of Science in Honours Kinesiology with a specialization in Rehabilitation Sciences. She continued her education at Waterloo, completing a Master of Kinesiology with a specialization in Movement and Exercise Science. Throughout her career, Hannah has gained experience working with a wide range of individuals, including youth, athletes, clinical populations, and those who are new to exercise.
As a Registered Kinesiologist and Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CSEP-CEP), Hannah is passionate about helping people feel stronger, move better, and gain confidence through exercise.
